WEBINAR DESCRIPTION

Learn how to protect critical data assets through basic cybersecurity hygiene, including email and password security and social media best practices. Other topics to be addressed include insider threat preparedness, cybersecurity and privacy issues in the remote work environment. In addition, government regulations and compliance topics, such as the coming Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification and the current compliance and reporting requirements based on the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 252.204-7000 will be covered.

 

MEET THE PRESENTERS

David Lucas, a partner at Bradley, provides legal strategy for technology and business. He applies legal, technological and operational experience to craft strategic advice on a variety of intellectual property, international trade and complex litigation matters.

Scott Gray is vice president of Gray Analytics, where he provides operational and business development leadership for the company. He has more than 30 years’ experience working with government customers and system integrators.

Mike Manley is the president of Gray Analytics, where he provides strategic direction for the company’s portfolio of clients. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the IT and cybersecurity fields.

David Pugh, a partner at Bradley, represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, insurers and sureties throughout the United States, advising his clients at every stage of a construction project. He also serves as ABC’s 2020 Southeast region vice chair. He has been an active member of the ABC Alabama Chapter since 1998 and served as its chair in 2017.
