Associated Builders and Contractors Northern California announces 2014 Board of Directors

Associated Builders and Contractors, Northern California Chapter (ABC NorCal) announced today that Toby Cummings, who has served as president and chief staff officer of the trade association since 2008, has resigned to pursue a new career opportunity. Anne Quick, former vice president of educational outreach, has been named interim president and CSO while the board of directors considers a permanent replacement.
