Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be received at least 5 business days before the start of the event. Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail (, fax (925-474-1310 ATTN: Katherina Tews) or by U.S. mail (4577 Las Positas Road, Unit C; Livermore, CA 94551 ATTN: Katherina Tews.) No refunds will be made for requests received after that time. Refunds will typically be issued in the same form payment was made. Please allow two weeks for processing. Registrants who cancel will not receive seminar materials. For individuals who have requests approved for a transfer to another occurrence of the same class/event they were registered for due to an emergency, the rescheduled class/event must take place within three months of the original class/event or any fees paid will be forfeited.

Please note that classes have strict start times - if you arrive late, you may not be admitted to the class. Classes have minimum requirements and may be cancelled if not met.
