Our labor compliance team is committed to helping construction professionals navigate both state and federal labor laws and stay in compliance. We offer a variety of resources to both members and nonmembers to help them meet the requirements on publicly and privately funded projects.

  • Classes, seminars and webinars on public works, prevailing wage and more
  • Over-the-phone and onsite consultation services and record reviews
  • State and federally approved apprenticeship programs in five trades: carpentry, construction, craft laborer, electrical, painting and plumbing
  • NCCER skill assessments for new and existing employees
